To strengthen our team at our Visbek location, we are currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) Payroll Management at the earliest possible date.
About Our Company
Located in Visbek, the heart of Plukon Food Group in Germany, we host three key components of our organization. The Plukon GmbH serves as the German administrative headquarters, overseeing management and administration of our business activities. Additionally, Plukon Visbek GmbH operates as a poultry processing facility specializing in the production of frozen convenience products. Lastly, Plukon Agri GmbH, also based in Visbek, partners with farmers for the sale of day-old chicks and the procurement of slaughter poultry.
Your Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining personal master data records
Processing electronic timekeeping
Conducting monthly payroll processing
Managing general certification and reporting duties
Corresponding with authorities and social security agencies
Qualifications You Should Bring:
Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., tax clerk, industrial clerk, office management) preferably with payroll expertise
Proficient in common MS Office applications
Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic
Strong communication skills, discretion, sense of responsibility, and teamwork abilities
Cost awareness and commercial thinking
