Join our dynamic team at nextern as a Human Resources Officer, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our workplace culture and supporting our employees. Your responsibilities will include:
1) Administration
- Oversee the delivery and daily operations of administrative processes, including managing human resources services, stationery, and uniform administration.
- Collaborate with HR service providers to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues.
- Monitor the cleanliness of the factory premises to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Manage employee meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are upheld.
- Coordinate transportation services for employees, optimizing convenience and cost while staying under budget.
- Assist overseas visitors with hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and visa/work permit needs.
- Organize company events and staff welfare activities, fostering a positive work environment through team-building events, celebrations, and special occasion gifts.
- Act as the receptionist, handling calls, managing meeting rooms, and preparing for visitor logistics.
2) Recruitment
- Post job vacancies on multiple platforms and actively search for candidates, screening resumes to identify top talent.
- Coordinate the interview process and keep candidates informed about their application status.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including welcome kits and necessary paperwork.
- Support recruitment activities such as job fairs, scholarships, and internships.
3) Personnel Management
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR Paradise System.
- Register personal tax codes and dependents for employees.
- Collect and accurately input all necessary documentation from new hires into the HR database.
