The Human Resources Generalist will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth execution of all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This role requires a higher degree of autonomy and efficiency compared to the HR Administrator, and may include responsibilities such as benefits administration and payroll management in certain locations. The incumbent will ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies, effectively managing complex processes and engaging in employee relations cases. Additionally, the HR Generalist is expected to identify and propose enhancements to internal procedures and manage HR functions across multiple locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute a variety of activities from transactional tasks to supporting large-scale projects across different locations and regions.
- Independently manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and various leave types, ensuring all documents are properly filed and submitted to payroll punctually.
- Oversee relocation and transfer processes, including visa applications and payroll transfers where necessary.
- Possess a solid understanding of company policies and processes.
- Answer employee and management queries with a high degree of autonomy.
- Administer various benefit plans in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Utilize compliance knowledge to mitigate potential liabilities and risks for the company.
