Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR and Accounting Manager to lead our Human Resources and Accounting departments. This role combines HR management and payroll administration, presenting an excellent opportunity for a versatile professional to excel in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer health and benefit plans effectively.
- Oversee the employee onboarding process.
- Manage open enrollment for benefits.
- Provide counsel to employees regarding benefits and resolve health plan issues by collaborating with brokers and carriers.
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations and legal requirements while overseeing payroll administration for the US and Europe.
- Manage the HRIS system for maintaining employee data, onboarding new hires, and conducting orientation.
- Administer immigration programs, including visa processes and compliance.
- Address employee relations concerns and resolve HR-related issues.
- Analyze HR metrics and payroll data to inform decision-making.
- Serve as the primary HR contact in the absence of the global head of HR.
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting HBK’s core values of Integrity, teamwork, excellence, and a positive workplace.
