Your Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Management of administrative HR processes, maintenance, and updating of personnel and master data
Onboarding & Offboarding: Organization, preparation of documents, and support for new and departing employees
HR Documentation: Creation of employment contracts, certificates, and personnel-related correspondence
Communication: Written and telephone communication with employees, managers, and external entities such as health insurance companies, authorities, and other institutions
Process Optimization: Active involvement in the further development and optimization of HR processes
Supporting Payroll Activities: Assistance in monthly payroll processing, e.g., data maintenance, documentation, and reports
