Your Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance HubSpot functionalities across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
Collaborate and integrate with existing Salesforce platforms.
Design and implement effective workflows, automation, and lifecycle processes.
Configure CRM elements, properties, pipelines, and reporting dashboards.
Develop and maintain integrations via APIs, webhooks, or middleware.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance adherence.
Translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
Lead and mentor a small team (2–3 members).
Promote CRM adoption and engage stakeholders.
