The HRIS and Payroll Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within the Total Rewards team, providing strategic direction for the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and overseeing the payroll function. This position guarantees accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across multiple states while promoting innovation, automation, and process optimization within HR systems.
In addition to managing ongoing HRIS and payroll operations, this role will spearhead the implementation of a new HRIS platform, collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Audit, IT, and external vendors to modernize systems and enhance the employee experience.
