HR Specialist - Employee Relations & Compliance
Location: Gurgaon
Reports To: India HR Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist to become a vital member of Anaplan’s Global Capability Center (GCC) in Gurgaon. In this role, you will serve as the main escalation point for employee relations matters and play an instrumental role in implementing HR initiatives that promote a positive and compliant workplace.
You will be central to driving employee relations and compliance throughout the organization while contributing to the development of a scalable People function. The initial focus will be on laying a strong foundation, with ample opportunities for growth within the GCC and exposure to cross-regional HR practices and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations
- Act as the primary escalation point for employee inquiries and concerns requiring specialist attention beyond our Tier 1 People Operations team.
- Lead or assist in investigations related to moderately complex employee relations cases, facilitate conflict resolution, and oversee disciplinary processes, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
