Role Overview
The HR & Recruitment Specialist will play a vital role in managing HR and recruitment operations while also providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process (scheduling, conducting interviews, and taking detailed notes)
- Manage the CareerPlug platform
- Conduct data entry and assist with invoicing tasks
- Oversee candidate communications and recruitment documentation
- Help maintain structured hiring workflows and processes
- Organize applicant documents
- Provide general administrative support across HR and operations
- Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks (ADP support, document follow-ups, profile setup)
- Process payments and billing while ensuring accurate records
- Support front-desk operations as needed and assist with various HR and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support
- Experience as a virtual assistant is preferred
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or similar service-based industries is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP) is beneficial
- Proficiency with platforms such as CareerPlug
