The Opportunity:
In light of our rapid growth, we are seeking a dedicated HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Paris. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of HR administrative tasks and payroll processes in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of employee hiring and departures, managing all related paperwork and digital processes through our HRIS, including personal data registration, DPAE, contracts, and health insurance.
- Maintain personnel records and monitor temporary workers' status.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations, including developing e-signature templates for contracts, creating employee and manager FAQs in both French and English, and supporting cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with the Ops & Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll payments.
