Key Responsibilities
Payroll, HR Administration & Benefits
- Process monthly payroll inputs including absences, bonuses, new hires, and departures.
- Ensure accurate and timely data transfer to our payroll provider.
- Conduct primary checks on payslips and respond to initial employee payroll inquiries.
- Oversee employee administration tasks, including contracts, amendments, files, and certificates.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, managing enrollment, modifications, and inquiries.
- Maintain compliance and proper archiving of all HR-related documents.
HR Processes & People Data
- Keep employee data current and accurate in the HRIS and related tools.
- Help build and maintain HR dashboards and reports (demography, turnover, absenteeism, engagement metrics, etc.).
- Contribute to continuous HR process improvement initiatives (simplification, automation, standardization).
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate the end-to-end operational processes for onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Coordinate welcome sessions to ensure a structured, warm, and effective integration for new hires.
- Ensure that departures are managed with clarity, respect, and proper information handover.
Training Management
- Register employees for training sessions and manage invitations.
- Organize logistics for training events.
