Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle for Customer Service staff located in Minsk, including onboarding, status changes, and off-boarding processes.
- Facilitate an engaging and efficient onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared to thrive from their first day.
- Handle off-boarding procedures with professionalism and compliance, ensuring all necessary documentation and exit formalities are completed.
- Administer employee status changes such as transfers, promotions, and leaves, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the primary HR contact for day-to-day inquiries, addressing employee questions and resolving issues related to policies, benefits, and documentation.
- Maintain and manage all local HR documentation, including employment contracts, addendums, and personal files with precision.
- Oversee time-off programs in accordance with local labor law and company policies.
- Ensure that local HR data and records are kept 100% accurate and up-to-date across all systems.
- Coordinate local employee engagement initiatives and events aimed at enhancing team cohesion and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HR generalist or operations roles within Belarus, possessing a thorough understanding of the Belarusian Labor Code and local employment practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, status changes, and off-boarding, along with HR documentation.
- Fluency in English (B2+) for effective daily communication in an international environment, encompassing policy work and coordination with regional HR teams.
- Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
- A proactive and service-oriented approach, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
