Your Role as HR Manager
As the HR Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all HR-related matters. You will oversee the entire HR policy, personnel administration, and all processes related to recruitment, employee development, and offboarding. You will coach line management in implementing effective HR policies while maintaining the human aspect in all business considerations.
You will work closely with the Director and General Manager, reporting directly to them and being accountable for the overall HR strategy. You will define policies, monitor the quality of execution, and proactively contribute ideas to enhance employee satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
Daily management of the HR team;
Advising, coaching, and supporting management and department heads in HR and organizational policy;
Co-developing and implementing strategic HR policies;
Monitoring HR budgets and conducting HR analytics;
Setting up, coordinating, and executing HR projects (e.g., sustainable employability, talent development, employer branding);
Ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes;
Optimizing and streamlining HR processes and systems;
Accountable for accurate HR administration and compliance with laws and regulations;
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and absenteeism;
Member of the Management Team.
