Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will oversee the comprehensive organization, development, and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure smooth departmental operations and provide an exceptional experience for all employees. Key duties include:
- Supervising daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
- Managing workplace issues, providing guidance to staff, and resolving matters related to employee relations and departmental collaboration.
- Collaborating with supervisors and managers to enhance team effectiveness and maintain a positive work environment.
- Overseeing the recruitment processes during the pre-season period: attracting, assessing, and selecting staff.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees and coordinating training programs and development activities.
- Ensuring the quality of employee benefits (rooms, staff restaurant, uniforms, facilities) and compliance with policies for an excellent employee experience.
- Promoting corporate culture, empowering teams, and ensuring harmony and cohesion in the workplace.
- Participating in HR projects, improving processes, and developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree in Human Resource Management will be considered an additional qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the hospitality sector or in a company with a large workforce.
- Experience in team management, conflict resolution, and workplace issue management.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
- Decision-making ability, developed critical thinking, and prompt response to critical incidents.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
