As an HR Generalist, you will embody a strong dedication to the mission, values, and workforce practices of Allegis Global Solutions. Collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and achieving people-oriented objectives that prioritize quality, productivity, and a highly skilled workforce. Your contributions will support various functions within the HR department, including HR Operations, employee relations, project execution, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the HRBP in the implementation and rollout of diverse HR initiatives.
- Provide HR support, interventions, and guidance to the assigned business unit and managers.
- Develop and oversee the HR project calendar, ensuring stakeholders are informed of timelines and driving project completion.
- Manage various HRIS tools and modules for employee data management, monitoring, and report generation.
- Offer advice and insights to managers and employees regarding HR programs, practices, and procedures.
- Address employee relations and HR matters, including counseling in line with HR protocols, legal standards, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to update and maintain HR dashboards and data; engage with global counterparts to facilitate routine HR processes.
- Assess and recommend enhancements to HR processes and procedures to better meet employee needs.
- Ensure secure storage and retrieval of employee information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and required.
