Key Responsibilities
As an HR Employee, you will oversee the quality and accuracy of our HR administration. You will support employees and managers, ensure correct record-keeping, and actively contribute to improving our HR processes.
- Manage onboarding, throughflow, and offboarding processes
- Process employee changes
- Optimize and collaborate on enhancements of AFAS processes
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify and test improvements

- A gross salary between €3,500 and €4,000 per month, depending on your knowledge and skills
