Key Responsibilities
Develop Scalable HR Programs and Processes
● Design and implement employee-focused programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and career progression.
● Ensure HR operations are compliant with regional regulations while maintaining the agility necessary for a high-growth environment.
● Assess and integrate tools and technologies to enhance HR processes and improve the employee experience.
Enhance Employee Engagement and Retention
● Create and execute initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
● Establish frameworks for professional development, succession planning, and career advancement to support Nivoda's culture of continuous growth.
● Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with Leadership
● Partner with leaders across various departments to understand business needs and implement HR solutions that yield results.
● Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of People and collaborate on strategic HR initiatives.
