Role Overview
As the HR Business Partner at our bustling Billingham facility, you will spearhead the complete HR agenda for our largest site, accommodating over 700 employees. Collaborating closely with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team, you will provide support to colleagues across various functions including Operations, Engineering, QSE, Supply Chain, and Support Teams.
Your leadership will guide the Site’s Intersnack Work System (IWS) Organisation Pillar, fostering new methodologies and enhancing capabilities throughout the site. You’ll coach, challenge, and empower managers to maximize their team's performance.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to leverage your expertise, analytical mindset, and people-centric approach to help ensure the ongoing success and growth of our Billingham site.

Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000, based on experience.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead the HR agenda across Billingham with confidence and clarity
Design and implement HR initiatives that align with site objectives and the IWS Organisation Pillar, ensuring a positive employee experience. This includes developing site strategies, supporting functional plans, and ensuring that HR activities are governed and data-driven.Facilitate organizational change and enhance site capabilities
Direct Organisation Pillar workstreams, assisting leadership teams in integrating new operational methods and building necessary skills through coaching and development.
