Join our team as a Housekeeper at Mercure São Paulo Ibirapuera Privilege, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience exceptional comfort during their stay. Your responsibilities will include meticulously cleaning and organizing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas.
• Efficiently arrange guest rooms during their stay and after departure, ensuring thorough cleaning of all facilities, changing linens, and providing necessary amenities.
• Organize the cleaning cart, properly storing all cleaning materials, equipment, and utensils required for room maintenance (linens, cleaning products, amenities, vacuum cleaners, brooms, etc.). Conduct maintenance checklists for items in the minibar and stationery, reporting any irregularities or supply needs to your supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all vacant rooms.
• Ensure the cleanliness of corridors and elevator lobbies.
• Perform minibar inventory checks and replenish items as needed.
• Identify and return any forgotten items left in guest rooms to your supervisor.
• Collect guests' laundry to be sent to an external laundry service.
• Keep the service pantry on the floor clean and organized.
• Properly pack used linens in designated bags for delivery to the laundry, reporting any damages to your immediate supervisor.
• Record general information about room occupancy (number of guests per room/status of units, housekeeping, etc.) as per established procedures.
• Implement the processes and procedures of “Self-Control” in the area.
• Safeguard the equipment and materials for which you are responsible.
• Ensure the security of the floor key, adhering to established criteria and procedures.
• Execute other related tasks as needed in the area.
