Join the Burger King team as an Hourly Shift Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in leading our restaurant operations. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) to achieve key performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Profitability
- Adhere to cash control and security protocols, including safe counting and managing cash drawers.
- Conduct daily and weekly inventory inspections to maintain stock levels.
- Assist in receiving inventory deliveries and ensuring accuracy.
Guest Experience
- Inspire and guide Team Members to surpass guest expectations by providing fast, accurate, and friendly service in a clean environment.
Team Development
- Offer coaching and constructive feedback to Team Members to enhance their skills and improve overall restaurant performance.
Operational Excellence
- Lead by example by diligently implementing shift plans and achieving operational goals.
- Ensure the efficient preparation and sale of products, adhering to established speed of service standards.
- Motivate Team Members across various workstations during your shift.
