This 90-day immersive program combines theoretical learning with practical experience to equip you with the essential skills needed to operate a multi-million-dollar business successfully. As an MIT, you will receive comprehensive training, on-the-job learning, and ongoing coaching from your supervisor across key areas such as Store Operations, Business Management, Customer Experience, Floor Supervision, and Talent Management.
Successfully completing this program marks your first step toward a leadership role, helping you establish effective working relationships with your team while mastering the foundational skills required to manage a store effectively.
The program features regular check-ins and assessments at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure your progress. It empowers you to develop independently while receiving long-term career guidance from your team. Upon completion, you will advance to the role of Assistant Manager, where you will be involved in all aspects of store operations, including staffing, hiring, training, business analysis, driving sales success, visual marketing, merchandising, competitive analysis, and human resource management.
