As the Health Services Manager, you will cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with health plan partners, ensuring they derive significant value for their organizations, clients, and members. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, commercial growth, and strategic planning, positioning you as the 'strategic quarterback' for your portfolio. You will align internal teams across Sales, Clinical, and Product to achieve operational excellence and promote the adoption of new products. This is a crucial position for a relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to making high-quality care accessible to everyone.
Your Impact
First 3 Months: Immerse yourself in the Hinge Health ecosystem, mastering our value propositions and health plan structures (ASO, Fully Insured, Medicare). Establish trust with your assigned health plan stakeholders and internal partners, managing day-to-day inquiries and facilitating regular partnership meetings.
First 6 Months: Propel partnership initiatives by coordinating across internal and external teams to achieve set goals. Lead sales enablement initiatives by providing our commercial teams with partner-specific insights and conducting product overviews to establish Hinge Health as a strategic ally rather than just another vendor.
First Year: Shape and refine partner strategy by utilizing on-the-ground insights to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and potential threats. Collaborate closely with the Health Services Director to devise and implement quarterly and annual partnership plans that align with company OKRs and foster long-term growth.
