Not only do you ensure the building operates smoothly, but you also empower your team to execute their tasks with joy and expertise every day. You oversee everything: from daily reports and maintenance to larger projects, safety, and planning. Thanks to your leadership, our hotel remains technically secure, well-maintained, and operationally robust—just as our guests expect from Van der Valk.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Technical Services within our hotel, you will:
Plan and allocate tasks within your team;
Monitor quality, safety, progress, and costs;
Coordinate both preventive and corrective maintenance;
Manage breakdowns and ensure swift follow-up;
Collaborate with external parties for specialized tasks;
Guide technical projects, renovations, and replacements;
Identify bottlenecks and initiate improvements;
Ensure clear reporting, current certifications, and solid administrative foundations.
