Analyze these factors to formulate the company's ecosystem development strategy in the assisted driving sector, establishing clear long-term (3-5 years) and short-term (1-2 years) goals to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Adjust the ecosystem strategy in response to market changes and company progress, ensuring it remains forward-looking, adaptable, and actionable.
- Partner Development and Relationship Management
- Comprehensively expand partnerships across the assisted driving industry, including OEMs, chip manufacturers, sensor suppliers, software developers, mapping service providers, mobility service platforms, research institutions, and universities, to create a robust and expansive collaboration network.
- Develop personalized cooperation strategies and communication mechanisms for different types of partners, regularly conducting senior-level visits and business exchanges to enhance mutual trust and maintain stable, long-term partnerships.
- Deeply assess core needs and advantageous resources of partners to promote resource complementarity and collaborative innovation, achieving win-win outcomes.
- Project Advancement and Management
- Lead negotiations for significant collaborative projects with partners, covering commercial terms, technical collaboration details, and cooperative models to maximize company interests while achieving collaboration goals.
- Create detailed project execution plans, defining objectives, task divisions, timelines, and resource requirements at each stage, coordinating internal resources across R&D, product, marketing, legal, and other departments to ensure smooth project advancement.
- Establish effective project monitoring and risk management mechanisms, regularly assessing project progress, promptly identifying and resolving issues and risks during execution to ensure timely delivery and achievement of expected outcomes.
- Value Exploration and Innovation within Ecosystem
- Based on the company’s assisted driving technologies and products, explore diversified ecological applications and commercial monetization models in conjunction with the resources and scenarios of ecosystem partners, such as jointly developing customized solutions, engaging in data-sharing collaborations, and jointly entering new markets.
- Encourage innovative cooperation within the ecosystem, promoting technical exchanges and joint R&D among partners to facilitate the innovative development of assisted driving technologies and enhance the company's technological leadership and innovation influence within the industry.
- Industry Research and Market Insights
- Establish an information collection and analysis system for the assisted driving industry, continuously tracking domestic and international industry trends, technological breakthroughs, policy changes, and competitive landscape adjustments.
- Regularly compile and report industry research and market insight analyses to the company's management, providing valuable references for ecosystem strategy formulation, business decision-making, and product planning.
