Position Overview:
As the Head of Operations at Newcode.ai, you will architect, implement, and oversee the operational framework that propels our AI platform towards efficient scalability. This hands-on, founder-like role encompasses defining operational strategies, establishing scalable processes in finance, HR, legal, and business operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless execution across teams. You will drive operational excellence, support predictable business performance, and establish KPIs and dashboards to facilitate the growth of our customer and product journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Design & Talent:
- Collaborate with the founder/CEO to craft and execute a scalable organizational framework with defined roles, responsibilities, workflows, and compensation structures.
- Attract and retain top-tier operational talent to enable growth and achieve high performance.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and refine comprehensive operational processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and transparency.
- Create management and control systems, reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance.
Strategic Impact & Growth Enablement:
- Establish a robust operational foundation that positions Newcode for sustainable growth and scalability.
- Facilitate fundraising efforts by providing operational insights, metrics, and frameworks that bolster investor confidence.
Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise:
- 5-7 years of experience in operational leadership roles, preferably within B2B SaaS, AI, legal tech, or high-growth startup environments.
- Demonstrated experience in constructing scalable operational processes, organizational frameworks, and management systems that drive growth.
- Proven success in establishing operational foundations within early-stage or high-growth companies.
- In-depth understanding of operational metrics, dashboards, and performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs, financial reporting).
- Ability to navigate technical, compliance, or highly-regulated environments and a quick learner of new operational landscapes.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating operational needs into actionable plans across teams.
