As the Director of New Business Development, you will spearhead the growth of our new customer lending products designed for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will analyze performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis, identifying market trends and pipeline dynamics to offer strategic insights aimed at enhancing lead conversion and deal closure rates. Your leadership will guide a team of frontline managers through the daily challenges of a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. By closely monitoring business performance, you will proactively propose sales initiatives and incentive programs to boost sales volumes and enhance employee retention.

Your Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years in sales management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role overseeing sales managers.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to foster team performance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
