About This Role
As our first marketing hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Venn's brand identity and reputation as we scale. We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing who will take charge of building our marketing strategy from the ground up. This is not just a strategic role; you will be directly involved in defining our identity, leading product marketing initiatives, launching new products, crafting core narratives, and determining how Venn is perceived in the marketplace.
You will leverage our strong product offerings, robust growth, and enthusiastic customer base to create a cohesive brand and marketing framework with a unique perspective. Collaboration with teams across Growth, Sales, Product, and Design will be essential to ensure consistency and alignment throughout the organization.
Initially, you will be hands-on, managing both strategy and execution while laying the groundwork to build and lead a high-performing marketing team in the future. You will work closely with our Head of Growth to drive our initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and enhance Venn’s brand identity by creating a distinctive brand voice and positioning across all customer interactions.
Oversee product marketing from inception to execution, including positioning, messaging, product launches, website content, and sales support.
Develop recognizable narratives and formats that resonate with customers across brand, product marketing, and content.
Simplify complex financial products into clear, compelling stories for founders, operators, and partners.
Influence how Venn presents itself in the market to ensure our narrative reaches the right audiences.
