ABOUT THE POSITION
Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations at BURGA represents a pivotal leadership role during our transformational journey. You will play a critical part in transitioning from a fast-paced, fragmented IT structure to a cohesive, secure, and scalable IT framework that will support our manufacturing capabilities and international expansion. This position is execution-driven and focuses on leading IT infrastructure and operations for our new manufacturing facility, optimizing existing systems, and ensuring the stability of daily IT operations across the organization.
Your Role: As the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of BURGA's IT infrastructure, operational security, governance, and internal IT processes. Collaborating closely with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and external partners, you will ensure that our IT systems, networks, and integrations effectively support mission-critical processes, ranging from production and warehouse automation to essential enterprise platforms. Your role is to simplify the complex IT landscape into a stable, organized, and scalable foundation through the establishment of clear standards, processes, and ownership, thereby enabling reliable operations and sustainable growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Spearhead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of on-premises IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, networks, access control systems, and hardware to support BURGA’s manufacturing ecosystem.
