About the Role
The Head of Corporate Communications will orchestrate the corporate narrative, influencing how the organization is perceived by investors, employees, media, and external stakeholders. This pivotal role encompasses corporate storytelling, executive communications, internal alignment, and reputation management.
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, Legal, Investor Relations, Human Resources, and People teams to guarantee clarity, consistency, and confidence in communicating the company’s strategy, performance, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the corporate narrative and messaging related to company strategy, transformation, and performance.
- Oversee executive communications, including crafting talking points, speeches, media preparations, and establishing thought leadership.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations on earnings announcements and key milestones.
- Lead internal communications in coordination with People/HR, including leadership updates and managing moments of change.
- Manage relationships with corporate, business, and trade media.
- Oversee issues management, crisis communications, and reputation risk.
- Ensure alignment across all internal and external communications.
- Manage agency partners and external communications support.
Who We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 10-15 years of corporate communications experience, preferably in public companies, consumer brands, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Extensive experience in executive communications and media relations.
