Your Mission
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead our Danish office in Copenhagen towards continued growth and success. You will be responsible for shaping your strategy, driving commercial expertise, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and relationships. You are also extremely driven, hands-on, and capable of inspiring a high-performance team.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement your sales strategy
- Build a robust lead generation system
- Drive sales and continuously meet and exceed revenue targets
- Once certain sales targets are achieved, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a top-tier sales team
- Actively participate in budgeting and set organizational goals
- Monitor KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to enhance performance
- Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
- Collaborate closely with and support other leaders
- Report directly to the CEO.
What We Expect from You
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
- A natural ability to sell
- Documented success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- A strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
- Extremely driven with a desire to be the best in your field
- Proactive approach and ability to inspire others
