About the Role
Join a rapidly expanding lifestyle food brand owned by a celebrity in the U.S. as a Guest Experience Representative. In this remote position, you will serve as the face of our brand, providing exceptional support through email, SMS, and phone interactions during U.S. Pacific Time hours.
Time: 10 AM - 10 PM (U.S. Pacific Time)

What You'll Do
- Address guest inquiries and feedback with attentiveness and efficiency
- Transform challenges into positive guest experiences
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain high standards for guest recovery and retention
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in customer success, operations, or client services (U.S. accounts preferred)
- Background in guest service, restaurant, or food service (essential)
- Strong proficiency in written English and interpersonal communication
- Critical thinker with a proactive and accountable mindset
- Bachelor's degree (honors preferred)
