Role Overview
The Guest Experience Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that both guests and landlords receive outstanding service, while also ensuring our property portfolio operates seamlessly. This position will involve both office-based tasks at our headquarters and fieldwork across our portfolio in Edinburgh.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), a strong background in customer service, and experience thriving in a fast-paced office environment. Active communication with guests will occur in person, via Joivy’s communication platform, and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to inbound calls from guests, clients, and contractors.
Assessing and prioritizing issues and requests.
Corresponding promptly to emails and messages.
