Your Role
As we continue to expand rapidly—doubling our growth over the past four years with a presence in more than 30 locations—we seek a dedicated GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us achieve our ambitious goal of scaling operations twofold over the next four years, particularly within our Sales & Marketing divisions across EMEA, LATAM, and the USA.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, focusing on attracting and assessing top-tier talent for our Sales and Marketing teams. You will innovate and enhance our processes, while collaborating closely with hiring managers as a trusted partner and advisor. You will receive support from specialists in sourcing, talent acquisition marketing, and enablement, alongside access to premier recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Metaview, Monday, Calendly) to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring.
This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote within Ukraine and comes with a flexible schedule.
