Within the Playable Ads team, our mission is to craft captivating and interactive advertising experiences that engage audiences and drive significant conversions. Collaborating with creative developers and coordinators, we transform games into HTML interactive ad experiences. Your primary objective will be to design compelling playable ads that attract quality users, ultimately enhancing the Growth Team’s performance.

To excel in this role, a solid understanding of the casual mobile gaming landscape, mobile advertising strategies, and interactive ad marketing is essential. You will become part of a high-performing team, where your contributions will help us inspire millions of users to download our games worldwide.
Draft detailed briefings for the development of playable ads
Utilize iteration tools to create playable ad variations
Produce Interactive EndCards (IECs) by editing video content
Develop 2D assets for mobile advertising user interfaces
Conduct competitive ad benchmarking and adapt insights for our games
Analyze the performance of produced ads and derive actionable insights for future initiatives
Profile
Must have: Understanding of game and level design principles
Proficiency in editing and motion design software
Experience in creating 2D design assets
A self-sufficient and creative problem-solver
Familiarity with marketing and publishing strategies
