What You’ll Do Here:
Lead the management of a 7-figure offline marketing budget, setting ambitious KPIs across channels such as Terrestrial Radio, TV, Streaming, and emerging platforms.
Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that includes experiments within existing channels as well as the exploration of new avenues. These tests will range from creative messaging to media/channel effectiveness.
Collaborate with the internal creative team, agency partners, and leverage AI-driven tools to produce impactful, customer-oriented creative across diverse formats (e.g., radio scripts, video content, TV commercials).
Coordinate with external agencies to execute media purchases and refine local media strategies.
Maintain and present weekly performance dashboards, delving into the underlying factors that influence campaign outcomes.
Gain a thorough understanding of our customer journey, ensuring that your channels are generating high-quality leads.
We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in driving growth within a B2C performance marketing environment.
Solid background in offline marketing with a strong emphasis on Radio, TV, and/or Direct Mail.
A passion for creative testing and a talent for developing messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and adhering to target CPA or ROAS goals.
Familiarity with high-consideration/LTV products.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Given that buying and selling a home represents one of life’s most significant financial decisions, you will collaborate closely with our skilled creative team to develop compelling advertisements that inspire action while instilling trust. Additionally, you will manage external agencies for media buys and oversee the daily operations of our marketing channels. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced offline marketing manager to amplify their influence.
This full-time position reports directly to the Head of Growth Marketing. While the preferred candidate will be based in New York, NY and work from our office two days a week, we are also open to hiring remotely in several states including AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, MA, NC, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WA.
