About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Growth Marketing Engineer to drive our mission of reaching every worker in need of our services. This role transcends traditional growth support; you will be the driving force behind our expansion efforts. As the technical backbone of our acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, you will operate at the nexus of Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to translate insights into impactful outcomes.
This is not a conventional role where you set it and forget it. As a self-starter, you will thrive on rapid experimentation and witness the immediate effects of your contributions on our growth metrics. You will be accountable for extending our reach through performance marketing channels and ensuring our marketing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Design Growth Loops: Develop, code, and implement automated marketing workflows across SMS, email, ads, and in-app channels to boost worker sign-ups and retention.
- Enhance Performance Advertising: Create technical integrations and custom scripts for Search, Display, and Retargeting platforms (such as Google and Meta) to optimize attribution and bidding performance.
- Data Infrastructure Development: Utilize advanced SQL to derive insights from our data warehouse and employ Python for building tools, scrapers, or automation scripts that enhance marketing efficiency.
- Scale Experimentation: Collaborate with product teams on A/B testing frameworks throughout the worker experience, from optimizing landing pages to refining referral programs.
