Growth Content Specialist is an essential member of our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team. This position is perfect for an individual who is passionate about writing and has a keen interest in content performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing content throughout the marketing funnel. You will collaborate closely with CRO specialists, UX designers, web developers, and product partners to ensure that your contributions lead to effective experimentation, enhanced conversion rates, and measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, write, and refine content across various channels.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent content through strategic planning, precise execution, and timely updates.
- Develop content for CRO experiments, including headlines, value propositions, messaging frameworks, calls-to-action, and page structures.
- Leverage data, research, and insights to continuously assess and improve content effectiveness for targeted audiences.
- Contribute innovative ideas and informed suggestions during CRO brainstorming, prioritization, and iteration processes.
- Work closely with UX Designers to explore alternative user journeys, providing valuable content insights.
- Present creative work to internal stakeholders and effectively communicate the value of content optimization.
What You Bring to the Team
- Exceptional writing and editing skills (English C2 level).
- Strong content management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple content initiatives across diverse formats and stages of the marketing funnel.
- A data-driven mindset: comfortable working with performance metrics and dashboards, capable of backing content decisions with data and user insights, eager to learn from experiments, and apply those insights to future initiatives.
- A proactive ownership mentality with a collaborative spirit when working alongside Product Managers, UX Designers, Web Developers, and Data partners.
- Creativity and a passion for content marketing, staying updated with the latest content trends and technologies.
