What’s the opportunity?
As the Group Web Product Manager, you will spearhead the product strategy and daily operations for our web platforms, including intercom.com and fin.ai. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring these sites function as growth engines while setting the standard for design, narrative, and innovation. You will oversee a team of 4 Product Managers, actively engaging in translating strategic positioning into tangible web pages, scrutinizing content/design/builds, authorizing launches, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
What will I be doing?
- Take ownership of the web products: intercom.com, fin.ai, and every digital interaction that represents Intercom online.
- Transform strategic positioning into world-class websites: Convert corporate messaging and Fin’s narrative into impactful, high-performing pages.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 PMs: Foster clarity, accountability, and excellence across growth and narrative initiatives.
- Enhance performance: Boost conversion rates, comprehension, and user engagement through experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and demand generation strategies.
- Uphold quality standards: Collaborate with design teams to deliver industry-leading web experiences of the highest caliber.
