About the Role:
As a Group Strength & Conditioning Coach at The Athletic Clubs, you will be more than just an instructor; you will be a pivotal force in enhancing the well-being and satisfaction of our members. Your coaching will go beyond the classroom, significantly contributing to the vibrant culture of The Athletic Clubs while upholding our core values: Welcoming, Attentive, Consistent, Accountable, and Intentional.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide engaging and high-quality AC classes aligned with our standards.
- Build meaningful relationships with members to foster a sense of community.
- Actively participate in squad WhatsApp groups to encourage ongoing conversations and connections.
