As the Group Director of Growth Analytics, you will lead the Client Solutions and Analytics team for a distinguished portfolio of clients. Your focus will be on developing, scaling, and refining an integrated approach to campaign execution and evaluation across various channels. You will also mentor your team to ensure all client deliverables are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create tailored measurement strategies for clients.
- Oversee daily workflow and deliverables related to Business Intelligence and Accountability for clients.
- Present research findings and analytics to clients, emphasizing actionable insights and strategic recommendations, supported by your team.
- Keep clients informed about new measurement methodologies, including digital optimization and cross-channel attribution, and manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Lead and train the Business Intelligence and Accountability team in media mathematics and analytics fundamentals.
- Ensure best practices are applied in analytics approaches.
- Align Ad Operations processes with client expectations.
- Collaborate proactively with internal teams to foster a data-driven approach to Strategy, Communications Design, and Partnerships.
- Work alongside Client Advice and Management to identify how to better serve client needs and contribute to business development efforts.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience with automation, business intelligence platforms, digital activation, programmatic advertising, and Data Management Platforms (DMPs), with a clear point of view on each.
- Strong background in digital marketing technologies, such as DCM, Sizmek, Google Analytics, and IAS.
- Proficient in Tableau and SharePoint or other data visualization and dashboard tools.
- Able to thrive in a team environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 15+ years in an integrated planning role within media, publisher/vendor, or communications sectors (digital, content); ideally 8+ years of management experience.
- Experience with industry tools such as Syndicated Consumer (e.g., Simmons, MRI) is a plus.
