Join our team as a Groundskeeper, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the stunning Golf Course grounds at Wynn Resorts. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Key duties include hand mowing, trimming, and pruning, as well as performing irrigation repairs and minor equipment maintenance. You'll manage equipment such as riding mowers, utility carts, hedge trimmers, and blowers.
Your commitment to excellence will shine through in your interactions with guests, as you strive to exceed their expectations through exceptional service and professionalism. You'll also be tasked with removing trash from the golf course and surrounding areas, contributing to a pristine environment for all.
As a Groundskeeper, you will take ownership of your designated area and equipment, including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs, ensuring the highest standards are met. Additionally, you will monitor turf and plant health, relay information to supervisors, and apply fertilizers and other treatments as necessary. You're expected to troubleshoot irrigation issues and diagnose equipment problems effectively.
Safety is paramount; you will adhere to all safety standards and protocols, attend necessary training sessions, and foster a culture of teamwork and productivity. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs, while working in varying weather conditions.
