As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our products, ensuring that every creation not only addresses real skincare concerns but also empowers consumers to feel confident in their skin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Director of Global Creative.
- Lead design and brand campaigns across print and digital platforms, managing comprehensive delivery for product launches and significant brand moments.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with cross-functional feedback and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with Global Zones to identify creative needs and provide support.
- Engage with external agencies to meet cross-functional requirements.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent design sensibility and a keen eye for typography.
- Experience in project management, creative leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in design concept development, execution, and oversight with an awareness of beauty trends.
- Self-driven strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, committed to maintaining high brand visual standards.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design solutions that address business challenges, particularly in beauty-focused design thinking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience in the beauty and/or luxury industry.
- A proven track record in a fast-paced creative environment.
Software Proficiency:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Mac systems and basic troubleshooting for Mac/PC compatibility.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
