As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Great White Funding. Your responsibilities will revolve around optimizing daily operations and ensuring the seamless functioning of the executive office. This position demands exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while upholding confidentiality and professionalism. You will facilitate effective communication across departments, coordinate schedules, and significantly contribute to the overall efficiency of the executive office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and disseminate meeting summaries.
- Compose and oversee professional correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
- Maintain and systematically arrange digital files using Dropbox and Google Docs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly operational reports.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and department heads to ensure prompt execution of directives.
- Assist with onboarding, document organization, and the coordination of special projects.
- Uphold the utmost confidentiality when dealing with company and client information.
- Support administrative processes related to client management, payments, and automation tracking.
