About the Role
We are seeking a Go-To-Market Recruiter to oversee and enhance the entire hiring lifecycle for our go-to-market functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Solutions. Based in New York City and reporting to the Global Talent Lead, you will serve as the primary talent partner for our commercial leadership team, translating strategic business needs into effective hiring plans and constructing exceptional pipelines to facilitate rapid growth.
This role offers significant autonomy and ownership. You will not merely fill positions; you will refine and elevate the processes, systems, and standards that guide our recruitment of GTM talent. You will have the opportunity to shape the recruitment function from the ground up, holding yourself and the business to a high standard of excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the full-cycle hiring process for all GTM roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and GTM leadership to discern hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and develop a hiring roadmap that meets business objectives.
- Establish and maintain top-tier talent pipelines for sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and solutions roles across various seniority levels.
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance recruiting processes — from sourcing strategies to interview workflows — ensuring quality, efficiency, and an outstanding candidate experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional interview panels, identify and train internal interviewers, and uphold a consistently high bar for candidate evaluation.
