In this pivotal role, you will apply your extensive recruiting knowledge to identify and secure top-tier talent across diverse functions such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations, acting as a vital partner to senior leaders in the business.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Manage the comprehensive recruitment cycle for senior and specialized roles across a variety of global functions (e.g., Marketing, Creative, Finance, Operations, HR).
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate a robust pipeline of passive candidates in competitive international markets for non-technical roles.
Collaborate with executives and hiring managers worldwide to clarify role requirements, provide market insights, and recommend effective talent strategies and organizational frameworks.
Lead the standardization and ongoing enhancement of global recruitment processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency with local labor regulations across various regions.
Monitor key recruitment metrics (KPIs), analyze performance data, and deliver insightful reports to leadership to refine hiring strategies.
Serve as a brand ambassador, guaranteeing a positive and professional experience for candidates at every interaction.
Integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles into all aspects of sourcing, screening, and interviewing globally.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, showcasing success in hiring across various functional areas (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Legal).
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume and diverse requisition load simultaneously while ensuring quality and speed in hiring.
Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques across both traditional and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks) to create pipelines for non-technical roles.
Proven experience managing global or multi-regional recruitment efforts while adeptly navigating varied labor laws, compensation frameworks, and cultural sensitivities.
