Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Procurement & PO Operations:Maintain and update vendor master price lists, ensuring all purchase orders are accurate in terms of pricing, quantities, lead times, commit dates, and Incoterms.Conduct weekly open-order reviews to ensure supplier commitments are met.Manage integrity of the three-way match (PO/receipt/invoice) and promptly resolve any discrepancies with Accounts Payable and suppliers.PPV, Chargebacks & Cost Control:Monitor and analyze purchase price variances (PPVs) against standards; identify cost drivers and generate regular dashboards for insights.Execute vendor chargebacks in accordance with company policy for late shipments, labeling errors, and quality issues, while maintaining proper documentation.Supplier Documentation & Compliance:Collect, track, and renew required supplier compliance documents including SDS/CoA, IFRA/INCI, REACH, Prop 65, and ethical sourcing declarations.Maintain vendor and item master data, including pricing tiers, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and pack sizes; initiate change control processes for any changes in costs or specifications.Specifications & Change Control:Support the review and routing of specifications, drawings, artwork, BOMs, and vendor change notifications, ensuring suppliers adhere to the latest approved revisions.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Global Procurement Operations Manager to manage our global purchasing and supplier operations for both components and finished goods across our vendor network. This pivotal role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our supply base, ultimately supporting our rapid innovation pipeline and global expansion.
The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator and an analytical problem solver who excels in cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with teams in Project Management, Supply Planning, Packaging/PD, Quality, Logistics, and Finance/AP to achieve excellence in service, cost, and compliance.
