The Opportunity
As a Global Mobility Specialist/Senior Specialist, you will join our expanding Mobility Team to enhance and oversee the daily operations of our Mobility Services and Immigration program. This role will involve exciting projects that engage multiple stakeholders across various business sectors.
In this Role, You'll:
- Oversee and coordinate global mobility services, emphasizing immigration and remote work support, mobility tax services, and vendor management, all while prioritizing business efficiency and localized support.
- Manage daily tasks associated with immigration, remote work, mobility tax (including new hires, international transfers, and extensions), and business visas.
- Identify and escalate exceptions and issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory employee relocations.
- Work with team members to pinpoint immigration and tax requirements for new markets and enhance programs, policies, and the overall mobility process administration.
- Foster internal relationships with various teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Take initiative in task ownership and propose solutions to streamline processes.
- Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness across multiple functions.
