About The Role
As a Media Buyer, you will play a critical role in strategizing, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and others. Your focus will be on driving high-quality user registrations and First Time Deposits (FTDs) through effective campaign management.
Your expertise will be essential as you manage high-volume campaigns, experiment with creative assets, refine audience targeting, and ensure cost efficiency across designated regions. You will collaborate closely with our Acquisition Lead, Martech team, Conversion Lead, and Brand specialists to achieve our marketing objectives.
This is a hands-on position for a data-driven individual with extensive experience in performance media buying.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Launch and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms, managing daily pacing, bidding, budgets, and campaign delivery.
- Creative & Testing: Implement structured creative testing based on insights from the Acquisition Lead to identify the most effective messaging and formats for different regions.
- Targeting & Audience Management: Develop and refine audience segments, including beginners, traders, educators, and high-intent users, testing various interest and behavior-based audiences.
- Funnel Quality & Landing Routes: Assess traffic quality from different sources and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics such as CPR, CPV, CPFTD, and ROI, optimizing for FTD-driven results.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate daily and weekly performance reports, providing insights on channel effectiveness, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure accurate tracking (including pixels, events, and UTMs) in collaboration with the Martech team.

- Cost-per-First-Time Deposit (CPFTD)
- Volume of First Time Deposits (FTD) by region and channel
- Return on Investment (ROI) and Payback Period
- Conversion Rate
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in paid media buying.
- Familiarity with the Forex/CFD industry is a plus.
- A strong track record in executing performance campaigns, preferably within fintech, trading, e-commerce, or lead generation sectors.
- Experience with various digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
