About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Global Marketing Lead to navigate the complexities of operating across various geographic markets and diverse customer segments, from high-volume SMEs to high-touch Enterprise clients.
Role Overview
In this pivotal leadership position, you will enhance our footprint in the B2B cross-border payments sector and contribute to our mission of simplifying global trade with emerging markets. You will oversee our comprehensive marketing function, from boosting global brand visibility to devising and executing highly optimized marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition, product usage, and retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership & Team Management: Guide a team of around eight specialists across Content, Design, Performance, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Lifecycle, and Events. Ensure that structured, data-driven marketing planning and reporting processes are established.
Acquisition Strategy: Develop a scalable inbound marketing engine that accelerates customer acquisition while reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). Lead the team in crafting and executing marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audiences.
