Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership via a consistent stream of content, including webinars, case studies, marketing collateral, social media initiatives, video content, and event planning, to illustrate the benefits of ArcGIS to oil & gas and integrated energy enterprises.
- Conduct research and analysis of industry and technological trends to leverage market opportunities effectively.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting account managers in penetrating key accounts and identifying strategic opportunities.
- Lead a team of industry and marketing professionals to formulate tactical and strategic messaging on a global scale, including through marketing campaigns.
- Foster a sense of community among Esri clients to better serve their needs and interests.
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and engage in collaborative messaging targeted at industry executives.
- Utilize your industry expertise in discussions with technology teams to ensure the development of purpose-fit tools within ArcGIS.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in key oil & gas or large integrated energy organizations.
- Proven track record of geospatial innovation and advanced software technology implementation.
- Executive leadership experience with the capacity to strategize, motivate, and achieve objectives.
- Robust experience in multi-disciplinary teams with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence both business and technical audiences.
- Widely recognized, respected, and influential within your industry.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing objectives and strategies.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
